• Doctor Who has another companion join the line-up. Amy Pond appears in her Police Woman Kiss-O-Gram outfit, as she wore it before the Raggedy Man re-entered her life.

The Mystery Minis appear to be in an all new style different from the 4 previously seen Mystery Minis. The elongated proportions remind of toys that you would have pulled out of your breakfast cereal in the 80’s and i think it adapts the feeling of the show perfectly.

The SuperCute plushie line, which just last week got expanded from just being Disney to include Harry Potter, will expand even more this fall with 8 new stuffed friends from Stranger Things.

Wave 2 of the POP! figures will include all 8 new figures for you to collect. 1 chase and 2 exclusives are included in the wave. The Chase piece is Hopper without his hat, which I feel is a little underwhelming for a chase piece. The exclusives on the other hand look awesome. They are Hopper and Joyce in Hazmat suits, and will be available at Hot Topic and Target respectfully.

The epicly awesome four day event that is Emerald City Comic Con kicked off today and I’m going to give all of you an inside look. ECCC has something for just about every facet of nerd culture and enough goodies to make you go broke quick.

Thursday at ECCC is only a half day which is nice to start off with since it gives you time to browse get the lay of the land and get you pumped for all the panels and fun stuff packed into the next three days.

Brick Nation had a really fun display of pure Lego awesomeness with several life sized Lego creations as well as some smaller yet no less impressive displays.

This is just a taste so stay tuned as I will post more cool stuff over the next few days.
