DC:

• Bombshell Poison Ivy strikes a pose for Ms. Ivy’s second appearance in the Rock Candy line.
• A Super Pets 2-pack will see Krypto and Ace be made into Dorbz. This set is limited to 2000 pieces.
• You can’t have a DC announcement without the main man himself. Batman will be available in a shiny Emerald Chrome variant, limited to 1500 pieces.

Other Stuff:

• Elmer Fudd is ready for his final bow in his viking outfit Dorbz. He is limited to just 1000 pieces.
• Cagney Carnation is ready to cause trouble for Cuphead and Mug Man.
• Street Fighter II is represented at the ECCC by a POP! Tee available in a box designed to look like an old arcade cabinet. Only 1000 shirts will be made.

You may notice that the bottom of the ad states that you may be able to find “RARE VARIANTS & A GOLDEN FIGURE.” We currently can’t speak on what the ‘rare variants’ could be, but as with most other GameStop mystery boxes, you can expect select boxes to contain a golden Armor King Pop.

So the biggest mystery that really remains is why GameStop and Funko continue to call these “Mystery Boxes”!

There seems to be a red variant of Chun-Li at the Con. It’s been reported that Mindstyle is only allowing purchases of this POP if buyers purchase 5 regular Street Fighter POPs.

There’s another female POP that was first thought to be a Harley Quinn variant. Closer inspection reveals it has something to with a cosplay character or a cosplay celebrity named Momo.

There’s also a variant of Po chowing down on some dimsum! Very appropriate for Hong Kong!

Finally, the latest Stan Lee variant is a red re-paint of the recent Stan Lee/Guan Yu mash-up.

There were rumors of an E3 exclusive Hot Ryu POP a few weeks back and a picture even surfaced.  This would make it the first Funko exclusive for a general electronic gaming event

E3 is the largest electronic gaming convention in the world and major announcements for new consoles and flagship titles are usually made at the event. It’s ongoing now but still no sighting of the bearded World Warrior.
