Spoiler Alert: Funko has released its newest Disney Treasures Box. If surprises are your thing, you might not want to read further.
It’s been 41 years since “The Rescuers” swooped into theaters and ushered in a new era of animated Disney films. Now, Bernard, Miss Bianca and Orville are flying into Funko lore with the Disney Treasures Adventure box.
The Pop! Rides trio is the central figure in the five-piece collection that comes packaged in a decorative trunk – rather than the traditional treasure chest of years’ past.
Joining “The Rescuers” trio is Mrs. Incredible, who arrives in a Mystery Mini tin box ahead of the June release of “The Incredibles 2.”
The collection is replete with a Robin Hood pin and patch of Peter Pan, as well as a Stitch (sitting pose) luggage tag.
You might need to set out on your own hunt to discover under which “X” your bounty lies beneath. This will be Funko’s final subscription-style Disney Treasures box, opting, instead, to continue the popular series in retail outlets.
How about not putting this at the top of the page as soon as you get to the website? How about blurring the picture and using a spoiler tag? Some people do like to be surprised by their boxes.
We cleaned it up a bit to eliminate some of the element of surprise. Thanks for the heads up.
