New York Toy Fair Funko Reveals!

Funko’s New York Toy reveals started today with a bang. First up was glams from the upcoming Wonder Woman movie. We will get of course Wonder Woman in Pop! form, but there will also be a Rock Candy Wonder Woman in a new outfit and a Pop! Keychain Wonder Woman. To accompany Wonder Woman, we will see Pops of Steve Trevor and Hippolyta.

Next up was concept art for the upcoming movie The Mummy. Funko treated us to a peak of The Mummy, Ahmenet, and Nick Morton.

Reveal 3 was Classic TV Batman. Glams for Wave 2 of Classic TV Batman Pop!s showed concept art for The Riddler, Penquin, Mr. Freeze, King Tut, and Batgirl. Also revealed was Wave 1 of Classic TV Batman action figures. Included were Batgirl, Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, King Tut, Bookworm and a cool Batmobile with Batman and Robin. All these later this year.

Up next – Kingdom Hearts Plush! You will be able to pick up Mickey, Donald and Goofy later this year. Here’s the concept art for these three loveable heroes.

It looks like a whole bunch of Despicable Me 3 items are coming our way! You can expect Pops, Dorbz and a set of Pint Size Heroes! Let us know which you’re more excited for!

Ellen Ripley is joining the Rock Candy line later this year!

Funko is also partnering with Netflix and DreamWorks to bring you Pops and Action figures from the Trollhunters series.

Need another superhero fix? Never fear, the Justice League are here! Check out the concept art for Batman, Flash, Aquaman, Cyborg, Wonder Woman and Superman from the upcoming Justice League movie.

Netflix’s BoJack Horseman will be added to the Pop Television line. Five figures have concept art – BoJack Horseman, Diane Nguyen, Princess Carolyn, Mr. Peantbutter, and Todd Chavez

Borderlands fans will be treated to five new items. Four Pops (Tiny Tina, Emperor Claptrap, Lilith the Siren, Zero) and the first Rock Candy from the game, Mad Moxxi.

The hit show Westworld gets it first foray in the Pop line with Teddy, Robert Ford, Young Ford, Maeve, Bernard, the Man in Black, and Dolores.

South Park gets wave 2! Kyle and Stan make their debut in their regular outfits, while Butters comes back as Professor Chaos, and the series is rounded out with Canadian comedians Terrance & Phillip.

Disney’s Gravity Falls sees its debut with four Pops – Dipper Pines, Mabel Pines, Grunkle Stan, and Bill Cipher

More Disney, this time from Darkwing Duck. Concept art revealed for Darkwing Duck, Gosalyn Mallard, and Launchpad McQuack.

Two more Rock Candy, and the first two from The Lord of the Rings – Arwen & Eowyn.

Stephen King’s The Dark Tower will finally hit theaters this summer.  Long time fans and new fans alike will be psyched to add The Gunslinger & The Man in Black to their Pop collections.

A slew of new Five Nights At Freddy’s characters in Action Figure,Mystery Mini and Pop form! Two more 2″ 4 Pack Collections and single card 5″ Articulated Action Figures with the Build a Figure item included in each package. Collect all 4 to build your own Ennard the endoskeleton clown. The new Pop additions Nightmare Foxy,Nightmare Chica,Nightmare Bonnie and Cupcake as well as Wave 3 5NAF characters Baby,Ballora,Funtime Freddy and Funtime Foxy.

The Spider-Man: Homecoming line has a Spidey for practically every type of collector. Pop!,Dorbz,Pocket Pop Keychain,Pint Size Heroes and Hero Plushies will be available with more lines on the way. The Pop line will include the Homemade Suit version of Spider-Man,Spider-Man,Vulture and teen age Peter Parker. There are missing numbers in the Pop line so expect some exclusives to be announced at a later date. A Pint Size Heroes 3 Pack set with Spider-Man,Iron Man and a Mystery figure will hit shelves this year as well.

 

The Harry Potter Rock Candy line is a nice surprise. In a line that has consisted of female heroes and characters Harry Potter and Ron Weasley break the mold by being the first male additions to Rock Candy. Hermione Granger,Luna Lovegood in her Spectre Specs and Death Eater baddie Bellatrix LeStrange round out the rest of the new Wizarding World 5″ vinyl figures.

    Love the Ellen Ripley Rock Candy and the Superman pose for the JL set.

    Didn’t even know there was a new Mummy film, I thought these Pops were going to be from the original film – that’s a shame.

    1. Wait… Did you really think they were going to do a Justice League line or more Batman 66 pops and NOT do Batman? Get over it. If you don’t like them don’t buy them. You don’t hear me whining about things I find stupid like Nick toons or Dark Wing Duck. Jeez…

  2. I’m hoping they reveal a third wave of Doctor Who tomorrow… we need more companions in the line!

    1. Bloody variants would certainly suit the show! I did notice Funko mentioned Exclusives weren’t included in the reveals so there’s a really good chance there will be more additions to the wave. The numbered boxes we’ve seen in the Spider-Man : Homecoming line are staggered so we will definitely see a few more there.
