Top! Pop! 2019 Countdown – No. 4: Captain Marvel (Glow in the Dark)

It’s been another wonderful year for new Pop! Vinyl figures as we wind down the final days of 2019.

Before we look ahead to the great Funko products that await us in 2020, however, let’s take a few moments to look back at the Top! Pop! Figures from the last 12 months.

We’re counting down the most popular Pop! figures from 2019 and working our way to the big reveal on New Year’s Eve.

To determine the year’s hottest Pop!s, we deployed an intricate algorithm that was discovered by a trio of adventurous historians who discovered a map to it on the back of the Declaration of Independence.

Turns out, the code is simple. We tallied the amount of times an item appears in both users’ collections (OWN) and their wish lists (WANT) within the PPG database. The results are a swath of our favorite Pop!s from Marvel and Star Wars to Disney and more, including our No. 4 Pop! of the year, according to you, the fans and collectors…

Captain Marvel (Glow in the Dark)

Funko released roughly 220 Pop! Marvel vinyl figures in 2019, but none appeared in more collections and wish lists than Pop! Captain Marvel (Glow in the Dark). The Walmart exclusive was also the No. 1 shared exclusive of the year, appearing in more than 1,200 more collections than the next shared exclusive Porunga (Spring Convention) (Target).
